What the scanner stores

When you scan a store we keep the address you entered, the public pages our browser loaded, the defects found, and screenshots of the affected elements. This is what the report is made of. Reports are reachable only by their unguessable link.

Email addresses

If you ask for a report by email we store that address and the scan it belongs to, and we use it to send you that report and to follow up about accessibility repair for that store. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers. Reply to any message, or write to support@withcurbcut.com, and we delete it.

Scanning someone else's site

The scanner reads only pages that are already public, exactly as any visitor's browser would, and it does not submit forms, log in, or place orders.

What we do not collect

No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no cookies for visitors who only read this site. The pages load no external scripts or fonts.

Retention

Scan reports and their screenshots are kept for 12 months so a shared link keeps working, then deleted. Email addresses are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, the UK, or a US state with its own privacy statute, you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@withcurbcut.com and we will act within 30 days.
